MemorialCare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. In this critical role, you will provide advanced technical assistance to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of our desktop infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, manage asset inventory, and support remote troubleshooting for our distributed workforce.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices; installing and configuring software applications; performing routine maintenance and upgrades; and documenting support activities in our ticketing system. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior technicians, contribute to process improvements, and assist in disaster recovery planning.
