• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in EBR (Evidence-Based Reporting) or similar regulatory consulting in the pharma/biotech industry
• Proven track record working with electronic batch recording systems and GMP compliance
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA regulations and data integrity standards (ALCOA+)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and AI/ML applications for process optimization
• Excellent communication skills for client stakeholder management
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ CQE) is a plus
