• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory analysis, forecasting, and management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, MRP, and ABC analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and just-in-time inventory practices.
