• Proven track record in managing HR digital platforms, including HRIS systems, employee self-service portals, and mobile apps
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning in HR
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience collaborating across HR, IT, and business units
• Experience with data analytics and metrics to measure digital HR effectiveness
