• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, including cloud migrations, cybersecurity enhancements, and digital transformation
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and fintech solutions
