• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-level Microsoft solutions for federal or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft certifications such as AZ-305, MS-102, and PL-400.
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and integrating Microsoft tools with legacy systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred.
