• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, with at least 3 years specializing in metadata management and data governance.
• Proficiency in metadata tools such as Collibra, Alation, or similar platforms, along with strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise data management in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
