• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years in a staff or senior engineer role
• Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android development
• Strong experience with mobile architecture patterns, such as MVVM or Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app performance optimization
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for healthcare technology
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
