• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes for software products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
