• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role within manufacturing or electronics industries.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and supplier auditing methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, FMEA), and quality inspection techniques.
• Strong experience with supplier development, qualification, and performance monitoring in a high-volume production environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across global locations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).
