In this position, you will act as a key escalations point for complex support tickets, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues related to node deployment, API performance, and protocol integrations. You will monitor system health, contribute to knowledge base articles, and proactively identify trends to improve our platform's stability. Our users range from indie developers to enterprise clients, so your ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights will be crucial.
Daily responsibilities include triaging support requests via email, chat, and our portal; performing root cause analysis on incidents; and conducting user training sessions on best practices for utilizing QuickNode's endpoints and tools. You will also participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical issues, fostering a supportive environment where innovation thrives.
