As a Support Engineer at Snowflake, you will provide expert technical support for our cloud-based data warehousing platform, helping customers optimize their data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Snowflake is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our Paris-based team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert, assisting customers with our industry-leading cloud data platform. You will diagnose and resolve issues related to data ingestion, querying, performance optimization, and integration with third-party tools.
Daily responsibilities include triaging support tickets, reproducing customer issues in a controlled environment, and collaborating with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. You will also contribute to knowledge base articles, customer documentation, and proactive outreach to prevent issues.
