As a Support Programmer, you will respond to user requests for technical assistance, diagnose and resolve software issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include writing and updating code for custom applications, integrating third-party software with existing systems, performing system testing and documentation, and providing training to end-users on new tools. This is a remote contract position offering flexibility while contributing to the vibrant community at Camosun College.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in programming and IT support
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with educational software or learning management systems is a plus
