• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems security engineering, with a focus on information assurance and risk management
• Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST, RMF, and DISA STIGs
• Hands-on experience with security tools including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, encryption methods, and access control mechanisms
• Certification in Python Programming (required for automated security scripting)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
