• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles focused on security or safety products
• Proven track record in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and launching successful products in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and emerging technologies like AI-driven surveillance and IoT security
• Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar
