• Proven experience as a team lead or manager in market research, analytics, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a relevant field
• Strong expertise in strategic market analysis, including data interpretation, trend forecasting, and competitive intelligence
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau, and familiarity with market research methodologies
• Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and communicate complex insights effectively
