As a Tech Lead - Backend for E-Commerce at lehibou, you will spearhead the development and optimization of backend systems using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud. • Proven experience as a Tech Lead in backend development, with at least 5 years in e-commerce environments
• Expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, including architecture, integration, and customization
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or similar, with knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud services
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and managing agile workflows
• Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization for high-traffic sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
