• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) or QA (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on QA processes and Agile delivery
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Selenium, Jenkins, and other CI/CD pipelines; strong knowledge of testing frameworks and automation
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, implementing agile practices, and improving quality metrics in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus
