Warren CAT is seeking a skilled Technical Communicator II to develop comprehensive technical documentation for our heavy equipment and machinery products. This remote contract role allows you to leverage your expertise in creating user-friendly manuals and guides that support our clients in the industrial sector.

As a Technical Communicator II at Warren CAT, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation that ensures our customers can safely and effectively operate and maintain our Caterpillar machinery and industrial equipment. Your work will include creating user manuals, service guides, installation instructions, and online help systems, all while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field

• Strong understanding of technical concepts in mechanical engineering or heavy machinery
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with standards like ISO or ASME for technical documentation
