• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role within the healthcare or technology sector
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and technical architectures (e.g., APIs, cloud services, data analytics)
• Experience with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Proven ability to gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, create product roadmaps, and measure success through KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar for product lifecycle management
