• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT or software industries
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of technical roles including software development, data science, and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
