In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and customers, offering in-depth product knowledge on our range of crushers, screens, and mineral processing equipment. You will assist in preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and troubleshooting customer inquiries to ensure seamless sales cycles.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related technical field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales support, preferably in the mining or industrial equipment sector
• Strong knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
• Fluency in Spanish and English
