In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for enterprise customers facing issues with Salesforce-DocuSign integrations, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing support tickets, collaborating with engineering teams on escalations, and contributing to knowledge base articles to empower self-service support. You will also participate in proactive outreach to at-risk accounts, ensuring optimal use of our platform for digital agreement management.
