We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer (SRE) to join our Barcelona-based team, focusing on maintaining the reliability and scalability of our cutting-edge solutions.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Nutanix's hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud integration, and hybrid environments. You will leverage SRE principles to proactively monitor systems, implement automation for incident response, and contribute to post-mortem analyses to prevent future disruptions. Collaboration with product engineering, customer success, and field teams will be key to driving customer satisfaction and product improvements.
