In this position, you will partner closely with hiring managers across engineering, product, and IT teams to define talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, while ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment pipeline. Conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and providing insights on market trends will be key aspects of your role.

• Proven experience in technical talent acquisition, with a focus on software engineering and IT roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and offer negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in contract-based recruitment is a plus
