• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical writing and editing, with a focus on government or consulting sectors
• Proven expertise in creating user manuals, proposals, reports, and compliance documentation
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar authoring software
• Excellent command of AP or Chicago style guides, with experience in style consistency and audience adaptation
• Ability to handle classified or sensitive information and obtain necessary security clearances (Secret clearance preferred)
