• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance roles
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of French labor and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills in French, with English as a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle documentation
