• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an educational or school setting

• Proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and educational software tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Availability for occasional after-hours support during school events
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between school sites if needed
