Soutec is seeking an experienced Telephony / Unified Communications Engineer to design and implement robust communication systems using Noble, Alvaria, and Aspect technologies. This remote contract role offers the opportunity to enhance enterprise telephony infrastructures for global clients.

As a Telephony / Unified Communications Engineer at Soutec, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and deploying advanced telephony solutions tailored to enterprise needs. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in telephony and unified communications engineering
• Proficiency in Noble, Alvaria (formerly Aspect), and related workforce management and contact center platforms
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and unified communications protocols (e.g., H.323, MGCP)
• Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of communication networks
• Familiarity with cloud-based telephony solutions and hybrid environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team setting
• Certifications such as CCNA Voice or equivalent are highly desirable
