• Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language with experience building scalable backend services
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote LATAM-focused team
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
