• Associate degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in testing electronic equipment or components
• Proficiency with testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of soldering and assembly techniques
• Fluency in English and Spanish
