Tsunami Tsolutions is seeking a dedicated Tier 1 Technician to join our Aircraft Maintenance Operations Help Desk team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical inquiries related to aircraft maintenance systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency for our clients in the aviation industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include triaging incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat; diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues; and escalating complex problems to higher-tier support when necessary. You will document all interactions in our centralized ticketing system, maintain accurate records of resolutions, and collaborate with field technicians to provide real-time guidance on maintenance protocols.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders such as aircraft mechanics, operations managers, and engineering teams.
