Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing train operations data to identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to boost efficiency and reduce downtime, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to implement performance enhancements. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, conduct performance audits, and report on key metrics to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rail or transportation performance management.
• Strong knowledge of train systems, signaling, and maintenance protocols.

• Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
