• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Transportation, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in railway or transportation performance management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and performance metrics
• Knowledge of railway systems, signaling, and operational standards
• Excellent project management abilities and experience with cross-functional teams
