• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
