• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX strategy, design thinking, or product design roles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
