• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Fluency in German and English
