In this remote Vendor Contract Analyst role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vendor contracts, ensuring they align with organizational goals, legal standards, and budget constraints. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract analysis, vendor management, or procurement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA regulations, GDPR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Ariba), and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify risks in agreements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
