Betis Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated VITA Print Service Support Technician to join our remote team supporting the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting print services essential to the program's operations, helping ensure that tax preparation services run smoothly for underserved communities.
Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring print queues, diagnosing hardware and software issues with printers and multifunction devices, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. You will collaborate with VITA site coordinators and volunteers to provide guidance on print setup and best practices, as well as document support incidents for continuous improvement.
