• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in VoIP technologies, including SIP, RTP, and WebRTC
• Proficiency in networking protocols and troubleshooting VoIP systems
• Strong knowledge of PBX systems like Asterisk or FreePBX
• Experience with cloud-based VoIP solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Certification in CCNA Voice or equivalent is preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
