• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven track record in inventory control, transportation coordination, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; familiarity with Mexican customs and regulations is a plus
• Certification in logistics (e.g., APICS or similar) preferred
