• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including EPA standards and state environmental regulations
• Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and team supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Ability to travel within the region as needed
