• 8+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or tech lead role

• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and integrating them into enterprise environments
• Excellent leadership skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
